The service

Renfort offers guided stretching and strengthening sessions for the neck, back and shoulders, led by Mira, a virtual coach created with artificial intelligence. The app is published by VOID.

Health

The content is general wellness guidance: it is not a diagnosis, a treatment or medical advice. Ask a health professional before you start if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or feel persistent pain. Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain.

License

On iOS, iPadOS and tvOS, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard license agreement (EULA).

Ownership

The videos, voices, texts and the character of Mira are the property of VOID. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Renfort+ (subscription)

Renfort+ is an optional subscription that adds content to the app: the rest of the 4-week program (the first week is free), every session on demand, guided relaxation, seated massage, sleep tips and the full anatomy library. The session of the day, the check-in with Mira, challenges (including #BeatMira), live duels and Duo sessions remain free.

Renfort+ is offered monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before purchase. A free trial may be offered to new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the trial if there is one. The subscription renews automatically for the same duration and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or in the app (Settings > Manage my subscription); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refund requests are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
