Do I need an account? No. Open the app, pick a program and tap "Start session".

Is Renfort free? The session of the day, the check-in with Mira, challenges, live duels, #BeatMira and Duo sessions are free, with no ads. Renfort+ is an optional subscription that unlocks every session on demand, the 4-week program, guided relaxation, seated massage, sleep and the full anatomy library.

How do I cancel Renfort+? In the app: Settings → Manage my subscription. Or on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Renfort+. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

How do I use it on my TV? Install Renfort on your Apple TV, or send your iPhone to the TV with AirPlay (Control Center → Screen Mirroring): the session shows full screen and your iPhone becomes the remote.

I can't hear the voice. Check that "Voice" is on in Settings and that your device volume is not muted.

Who is Mira? Mira is a virtual coach, created with artificial intelligence to guide your sessions.
